Linda opened The Drogheda Property Shop in 2010 during the worst financial recession in Irish history. Since then, Linda has built up a hugely successful client base of hundreds of wonderful clients with whom she has enjoyed a great working relationship with over the years.     As office manager & administrator, and having been involved with The Drogheda Property Shop since the day they opened for business, Robert sees his job as much more than running the day to day office. Robert is the first point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties and takes seriously his role in guiding that right client towards his vendors /landlords properties. He is also at the control centre for all rental management issues and is proficient in contacting landlords and then processing issues swiftly and efficiently. He enjoys an excellent working relationship with our team of trade specialists, tenants and landlords alike and as a result deals with all management requests with a high level of understanding, transparency, common sense and complete follow through.

    A native Polish and fluent English, Italian & German speaker Kate holds a Masters degree in Tourism, Marketing & Management and, with over 5 years professional background in international sales and the hospitality industry, Kate has brought a wealth of experience to her role as a residential rental negotiator with The Drogheda Property Shop since she joined the team in 2010. Kate is a fully licensed professional auctioneer who enjoys developing genuine and caring relationships with all her clients. Kate stresses the importance of matching the right tenant with the right property and more importantly works closely with each of her managed properties throughout the entire tenure to ensure a smooth tenancy for both landlord and tenant.
