During Covid-19 restrictions we carried out over 100 virtual property inspections replete with full reports to our landlords and maintenance follow ups for our tenants.

We offer, as standard, a Complimentary Annual Boiler Service, with full certification for each of our managed properties.

Our rent collection and rent review policy is strictly aligned with RTB legislation.

We offer the most current legal Lease Agreement available to align with current RTB legislation.

Our Property Maintenance Work Orders are transparent and hold no hidden surprises.

Our generated comprehensive Annual Management Statements have proved to be a very popular service with our existing landlords and their accountants since 2010.

Preparation advised to apply for a tenancy:

We hope to streamline this process so to provide you with the information you need, in as short a time as possible, to assist you at this time. In order to achieve this we ask for your co-operation. We have outlined the initial steps involved in applying for any of our listings and we hope they may be of some assistance to you.

So if you are keen to view any of our listings we would encourage you to begin your application process immediately as we are currently pre-vetting applications on our available properties to shortlist for final landlord approval. Documents required for most application are:

  • Copy of photo ID (For all occupants over 16)
  • Landlord reference from your most recent tenancy (2 x Character references are acceptable if no landlord reference is available)
  • Your tenancy Residential Tenancy Board registration from your most recent tenancy
  • Utility bill in your own name relating to address of most recent tenancy.
  • Copy of notice to/from your most recent landlord
  • Work reference from your most recent employer
  • Proof of affordability (HAP approval/payslips/monthly bank statement)
